Credit & Finance – Provides loans to cooperatives, financial institutions, and banks to rural and agriculture businesses.
Development Role – Assists government schemes of farm mechanization, irrigation, and rural infrastructure.
Refinancing – Provides loans to cooperative banks and RRBs (Regional Rural Banks) so that they could provide loans to farmers.
Policy & Guidance – Provides rural development policy guidance to central and state governments.
